“The Banger” was drawn directly into a bound artist’s book – across a double-page spread, without prior planning, yet infused with a distinct energy.
This energy was partly shaped by a preceding conversation – not casual, not strategic, but a subtle current that embedded itself into the drawing process.

The result is a kind of visual discharge: faces, fragments, signs, and linework converge in a chaotic yet intentional rhythm.
The materials are raw and immediate, but handled with an awareness of form.

This is not a narrative image, but a visual state – eruptive and condensed, located somewhere between language, gesture, and impulse.
“The Banger” does not explain itself – it demands presence.
